Delicious. I eat one every morning before I workout, and it's just enough so that I'm not starving while going through the workout. They are perfect because they don't sit in your stomach. I keep mine in the refrigerator during the summer to keep from melting. Winter time, this is not an issue. I eat one every day and have had the Peanut Butter Crunch and the Carmel Nut Chocolate. I recommend both.

I get the 50g Peanut Butter Crunch bars, and eat them before I go to the gym in the morning, rather than eating something more filling. They are just the right size to get me through the workout, without making me feel sluggish. These things are great!
