 Tastes great!! Don't waste your time shaking it with liquid, it is best dry. I spread it over my cottage cheese at night. Still really early, but I have felt soreness since taking it, which I equate to growing muscle. Still too early to give it five stars, but we will see!!! October 24, 2012
