 The bars taste great! I was skeptical about the PB&J flavor, but it really tastes like a sandwich. The sugar alcohols that they used to sweeten may cause cramping during heavy activity so be careful.
Despite how great they are, I will no longer be ordering from ProSource because they were melted and smashed beyond recognition when they arrived. After cooling in the fridge, they were crumbly and hard to eat without bathing in it. September 13, 2011

I use protein powder as meal replacement in a low calorie\low fat diet so I mix the powder with water instead of milk. Muscle Milk's protein mixes so nicely that one does not miss the milk at all.
I got the Orange Creme flavor because I am not a Chocolate Lover. The flavor is more Creme than Orange, but it is pretty good. I would suggest it for people who are tired of Chocolate water. September 13, 2011
