 cuts helped me shed some weight, honestly the only product in its category that i could tell was working, only problem is i got sick when taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and i like to do cardio first thing in the morning. i would end up throwing up in the middle of my cardio sessions. gave me some slight indigestion as well, but overall a great product.
