 If you can handle bad tasting supplements then order this product. The taste of the vanilla Ultra Pro is not very good at all. When it hits your mouth you know its going to be tough to swallow, but there is a positive the after taste goes away rather quickly and its not thick. If this protein was thick I would puke. I've only been taking for a week so no dramatic results or changes, but it has helped with minor muscle and strength gains, and faster recovery. But to me taste is important, so September 27, 2010
