 i bought this bc i am severely lactose intolerant and thought this would be easier on my stomach then whey protein, but then read some reviews telling horror stories about the horrible flavor, and how it causes green stool. well, i havent taken it long enough to tell about results in size and strength, but i can say stacked with pro-source house brand creatine and glutamine, and then gaspari real mass strawberry flavor, it taste quite good carnivor raspberry flavor. and so far no green stool, an December 11, 2009
