 I have used this product for running, biking, surfing, and weight training. Easy to digest with no nauseous feeling during workout.  This is a highly effective intra-workout product. As a tri-athlete, I need a complete, simple supplement that I can mix in water on the go between events and during intense training. I drink the mix on by bike and during my run. Only negative is I feel bloated, but the increases in strength, endurance, and recovery outweigh that disadvantage. I notice more muscle aches and pains and more of that "drained" feeling the next day after training when I don't use it. January 12, 2012
