 Absolutely love this stuff!! I used to crash really, really hard after taking the pre-workouts containing 1,3 Dimeth. I started using this and no crash. At all. Plus I noticed the gains that I was getting and others started to notice enough to ask what I was on. Only downside is taste. Its freaking horrible! Lemonade with ice and lemon Propel are ok. Orange is best very cold. Fruit punch is unbearable. It gets 5 stars anyway, it works that well. September 21, 2012
