 I have tried a lot of pre-workout products. This is by far the best. I was shocked at the small serving size but two scoops work fine for me I stack it with USP Prime. I have taken this product for two months now. The pump is good and my stamina and strength is off the charts compared to 3 scoops of NO Xplode. I have no stomach cramps no dizziness and no crash. USP did a fine job with this...I would recommend this product to anyone June 08, 2010
