 I have tried this pre-workout product for about two weeks now. I began my first day with one scoop of the -- disgusting -- Cola-- flavor. It mixed easily but looked and tasted like liquid manure seriously. My first day on I tried with my normal arm workout and had no pump, focus or extra energy. The next time I tried it, shoulders, I used two heaping scoops and still had no signs of pump, focus or energy. I still had no luck with the three scoops as well no idea why.  I have been using this product for a couple weeks now and I am VERY impressed. The first time and still each time after, I have been getting a great pump, increased energy, and have been more focused than ever. It not only has a great flavor, blue raspberry, but mixes pretty easy too.
I am on my bulking stage and my weights have significantly increased without gaining a lot of body weight. I am very pleased with my first Gaspari product and will be buying more from them in the future. October 22, 2009
