 It works. That's all that need be said. Lol. For those who want to build muscle mass, and quick, Dark matter is the answer. I stopped working out for 3 or + months. I didn't get fat. But I did lose most of my muscle mass. Started up again in mid July and now I'm back to my original buffness. Barely a month. Just try it you won't regret it. August 11, 2011
