 This protein, I believe is superior to your average whey in a few different ways. My research shows that the beef protein profile more closely matches the human protein profile than whey does, so there is less to break down. This goes down like a fruit drink and is immediately moved through the digestion process. The taste is a little strong, so I like to mix it in water. It's also a great alternative for people who are lactose intolerant, or have egg allergies. July 22, 2011
