 I thought jack3d was okay. For the first twenty to thirty minutes I felt crazy and full of energy that I could bench anything but after twenty minutes went by I coulda slept on the gym floor. I've taken it two days in a row and both days just been so tired half way through. It seems many people like it but next time I'll definitely try something different. September 05, 2011

 This is my third or fourth tub and I've seen pretty good results. the taste takes a little bit to getting used to. I always drink this product with cold water. If you use warm water it makes it a little bit harder to drink. Overall, pretty good. I think lemonade tastes the best of the three--but that's just me. June 02, 2011

 Have been using for a good four weeks now and I can definately see my core getting more cut. I love the vanilla with vanilla almond milk and a little low fat peanut butter and a banana--absolutely amazing. Probably not the best ingredients to add but tastes amazing December 03, 2011
