 The recommended dose vs the effects are not to my liking. [Other products} are better with only one pill one dose per day. The draw back being it's tougher to get to sleep on [others]. The energy is good but the crash is certain if you miss your second dose, with [other products] that's not an issue. I take Beta with a multi-vitamin. Also, beta cost too much for weak results.
