 Not worth $43. Pre-workout stuff is pretty much all hype. Just eat the right aminos and have a healthy protein filled diet and you should be on your way to having a great workout. Got bad stomach aches from this stuff. Pump was minimal but honestly it was in my head I get a huge pump without preworkout stuff because I actually pick up weights and workout. March 16, 2012

 Like the taste although a little sweet chocolate and wish it had less sugar. But this is one drink I don't mind drinking. Half a serving two to 3 times a day is better than 4 scoops though. Can barely fit it in my cup. July 29, 2011
