 The good thing I can say is that the Lemon Lime flavor is as natural as a soft drink. As far as effectiveness, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a one. But in fairness I had recently tried [other products]. Jack3d is not as effective. 3 scoops of Jack3d gave me an itch and a light sweat. That's about it. I really didn't even feel the caffeine. No more pre workout drinks for me. They are drug based anyway and I'd have to keep increasing the dosage. May 13, 2011

 A serving of 1.m.r is in my opinion sweet enough to gag the easter bunny. After about one week I had to hold my breath to drink it real fast. After another few days I couldn't take it anymore. Taste just like a real vanilla milkshake. Nytrowhey will NOT mix with a spoon though. Unless you have an hour to spend stirring and a arm like POPEYE the sailor man.
