This is by far the best gainer that I have ever used. It tastes ”really great” and very easy on the stomach. I been using it now on and off for 15 years. Best gainer for football players, power lifters and hard core body builders that want to add a few extra pounds to get you over that hump. When I was in my early 20’s I would use the full 4 scoops 2 times a day to get big.
