 I absolutely love this stuff. I have been using it on and off for over a year and the only complaint that I can find is that if you don't shake the heck out of it for about 30 seconds it can clump up. Other than that it tastes good, has 0 cholesterol and has a great mix of what your muscles need to grow. And at $28 for a 4lb tub, this is pretty much the best bang for the buck on the market!
