 thoroughly unimpressed, no noticeable energy or thermogenic feeling, no change in body composition or scale weight. I trained with weights 6 times a week with 3-4 cardio sessions on top of it. No starches, very low carb intake. Would not recommend it to anyone March 16, 2013
