 I just worked through my first batch of this and it is by far the most effective pre-workout I've taken. The taste is the worst thing I've ever had in my life, but chase it with some cranberry juice to cut through the aftertaste. It doesn't wire you like other pre-workouts, but it absolutely gives you the ability to push harder and longer. March 19, 2013
