 Can't provide any details on performance just yet as I just opened the container and took my first dose. Initial reaction...wow, I'm pretty sure someone figured out how to bottle the taste of what I can imagine is licking a dog's a**. Horrible taste. Taking the fruit punch and will give it another go just to see if the taste can be acquired but if not, results will surely not follow as I'll be passing on consuming more. November 25, 2012

 Awesome taste although agree that it has a slight medicine smell. Been taking for a couple of weeks now and definitely would recommend as a great recovery product for immediate consumption after a hard workout. December 20, 2012
