 On the first dose, I felt nothing. Second day was my off day, so I dosed at approximately the same time, between 4-5pm, it wasn't until today that I really noticed a difference during my workout. So, Day 3, about 23 hours after the second dose of MHP's MYO-X, I began a heavy shoulder and abs workout using a cable machine. I was really impressed how the workout was going, I was extremely vascular and sweating like a pig. October 13, 2012
