 I'm a competitive powerlifter and I've been on it for 2 months. I'm 44 and this is the best t-boster I've ever taken. Since on this i have upped my squat,bench,deadlift by 5 percent. I'm getting ready for month 3 can't wait. Have not noticed any side effects except strength increases. December 29, 2012
