 Best post workout I ever tried. It's a lot to take in at once at 3 scoops, but worth it. It really helps reduce or eliminate soreness and speeds up recovery. Easy strength gains with this. Lemonade is horrible, orange was better but still bad, waiting on Fruit punch to get here. I buy for results not taste, and this delivers. October 19, 2012

First time trying it out and I gotta say, it's not very strong. The nutrient rush and solid pump just isn't there that you feel in other products like Synthatrex Xtreme. Definitely switching to something else. No jitters though, so a plus on that, at least. July 28, 2012
