 First time using this product/company. I have used different pre-workout supp's in the past and wanted to try something different. After taking this product, within about 10 minutes, you can feel it starting to work, and then adding a workout to the mix, makes your body get the fullest pump. Only Con I'd say is DO NOT take it to close to bedtime as recommended, it will keep you up for awhile....other than that, great product. August 03, 2012
