 This is one thick shake! Take the advice on the label and spread this guy out over the day. I do 3/5 of a serving which is essentially multiplying the serving size in grams by 0.6. I use this for my after workout shake and even then, it's still quite a load. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks now. Haven't noticed much in the gains department, maybe since I'm cutting the serving size by almost half. Still, makes for a good pwo shake. It does taste good, a bit too sugary for my taste.
