 I get better sleep and wake up feeling more rested. The dreams are wild and vivid. However like some of the other reviews I wake up with some serious gas which lasts me a good portion of the day. Lowering the dose or spacing it out have no effect on the gas. I'm 1 week into the bottle and still experience gas. November 29, 2012
