 I bought the s'mores flavor of this. Great taste and consistency. I really like it with about 5oz of whole milk and 3oz of water. The only part I was a little disappointed about was the fact that it didn't keep me as full as I was hoping. Definitely notice the digestive enzymes, though; regular bowel movements and lots of gas.
