 I started taking myozene a little less than a year ago, and if your a smaller guy like me looking to put on some muscle this stuff is by far the best you can get. If you follow the directions and eat right this stuff is amazing. I weighed 145 before i started this and worked out once a day/ 5 a week and ive already put on 13 pounds and look even more cut now than i did when i was slim.
