 Not thrilled with it so far. I have used it about 5 times now and i have definitely had better pre workout mixes. I guess it gives you some energy, and you arent tired or anything while using it, but it doesnt give you that feeling of invincibility and just wanting to eff up some weights that i have had before. if some extra energy is all you want i guess it would be good but i probably won't buy again June 22, 2012
