 This is one of the best pre-workout powders I have had in a long time. It really is amazing. I only gave it 3 stars because this is one of the most foul things I have ever tasted, so be warned. Im not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but I ordered the rasberry lemonade and it taste like cough syrup with metal in it. If your looking for a good pump and not worried about flavor then this is for you. February 15, 2013
