 I have gone through one bottle each of X Fit trainer and X Fit power. Hands down the best pre-workout/recovery combo I have ever used. The pre-workout does not give you the jitters or headaches like others, and my strength and endurance has gone through the roof. Definitely recommend for anyone who does any high intensity, Cross Fit type workouts. April 07, 2012
