Great product. I'm not soft to caffeine BUT I felt this working from the first time I used it to the end of the bottle. Take it early and follow a routine (working out, not over eating) and you will use water weight. With one bottle I've lost 10 pounds and that's with me not working out like I need to.
If you are looking to lose more than your water weight then I suggest working out and diet with this product. April 06, 2012
