 Can definitely feel the difference. Only been two weeks and can see a difference in musculature. I don't think I have ever tasted something so good. I swear it reminds me of Kool-Aid. No bad aftertaste, or gas like the last reviewer, but that comes down to different metabolisms. March 02, 2012
