 Truthfully, the taste is pretty bad; especially mixed with water. In any event, I have to make mine with chocolate milk to mask the taste. Probably wouldn't order again due to the price. Protein powder with milk will provide everything you need for a meal replacement (protein, carbs, fat), and it's more economical! February 17, 2012
