 The chocolate flavor taste good. I don't know about the 12 hour release but I like that it's a blend of proteins. It has 50% of a bunch of vitamins and minerals added which is a great addition. I'd buy this stuff again February 04, 2012

Not really a strong flavor, but I mix it with bulk bcaa and it masks the taste well. This stuff is great during a workout or anytime for hydration. I love the stuff, been using it for years. It beats buying gatorades/powerades for hydration and it's cheaper per serving February 04, 2012
