 Just about finished with the first cycle. Yes theres a lot of pills to take at once, but you get used to it, and it's worth it because it does work. My muscles are more toned up and i see a noticeable amount of weight loss. Lost one pants size. I am happy with the results. I will continue to use for a seond cycle.
