 I`m taking CLA with Betastax and it works very good, in special on the sides and stomach. I go to the gym 5 days a week and only watch the carbs and fried foods I eat.I dont get sore on the next day.I always had the same work out and food routine but my body was always the same, after CLA my body changed a lot. I sure will keep on taking Betastax and CLA together. The only problem is that I`m shaking a lot and some times my heart beats weird, but the results are great! May 06, 2012
