 This product was to replace there 10 liquid gel bonanza which was great, but this is better much more manageable 3-6 tabs and smaller container. The pump is gradual and it does not hit you like a preworkout. I have been taking it as I get ready for a show and because I am on low carb it makes me feel like I don't look as horribly flat as I think I look. February 21, 2012
