 LOVE. I did the 5 lb. Strawberry. The nutrition facts sold me, as well as how easily it dissolves. I shake it with Almond Milk or water, or I blend it with frozen fruit and water or juice. It's fantastic either way. I'm pregnant now, and I still use it every day to get my daily protein requirement.
