I wasn't sure about this at first. I put on weight easily so this was an interesting test. IT WORKS REALLY WELL! I was surprised, I didn't put on any weight. Same workout, I just get thicker muscles. Tastes really good too, like cake batter if you mix it with milk and some water. Worth it for sure.

Creatine Monohydrate / Beta Alanine Powder by ProSource

I've stopped taking other pre-workouts, stims or anything. Just take this stuff, and I am very impressed by the results I get. It's a very cheap method to a very good pre-workout. My only beef with the product is that they advertise the Creatine and Beta Alanine as being same size containers, whereas the Beta Alanine is actually much smaller. If you look at the supplement facts and math it out, it makes sense that it would be smaller, but hey, they still should be honest with the pictures.

READ THIS; Well, I took this for a couple weeks and then stopped. It definitely worked, I felt more intense. But, I tried stacking it with a test product that didn't have anti-estrogen, and I always got intense headaches and was SUPER angry all the time. It was odd, and maybe that's a sign it worked. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.

I was very unimpressed with this. I took it per directions, and it does not prove effective. I've tried other products and felt the powerful hunger-reducing effects, as well as feeling the fat falling off within days of use. I feel no reduced hunger with this, I feel no stimulation. I would never recommend this. Additionally, the capsules are somewhat broken upon arrival, with fluid loose in the bottle; I can feel, see, and smell it.

I've had a good experience with this. I was recommended to take waxy maize by a bodybuilder at work. As well I did my own research and came to the conclusion that I need some kinda complex carb after workout. I have noticeable reduction in DOMs and energy the following workout. I would recommend this.

It's a multi-vitamin with pretty small tablets. It tastes bad so if you're a wimp don't take it. Honestly, it doesn't bother me in the least. I would recommend it.
