 I bought the orange flavor about a week ago on a recommendation from a friend who has tried all the flavors. I personally think the orange tastes great and mixes very well. As for the results, I can already notice a difference in strength and size after only a week of working out and taking Myozene. This stuff is amazing so far. I injured my right knee playing basketball when I was younger and lately it started to have pain and popping going on.
