I purchased the creamy vanilla, and the biggest knock on it I have is that it was extremely foamy. The taste was good and with this, glutamine, BCAAs, and whey I was able to put on about 10 pounds over the summer (175 to 185) and added about 100 pounds to my 3-lift total.
