 Well it's been 2 weeks and I'm not convinced I should have spent the money. It does control appetite but I didn't have a big one to begin with. Some improved energy was noticed but I could probably get the same effect if took a whole serving of my vitamins. No weight loss as of yet. May 02, 2012

Blue raspberry is way better then grape. I like this product because everything doesn't settle to the bottom in 2 seconds. It also doesn't have a gassy effect like a lot of protein products do. I use it after lifting and running. Low cal seems to be good helping to cut the fat. January 16, 2013
