 This stuff really works. Heard some bad reviews about weird dreams that people has and that it doesn't help with muscle building but I disagree. I'm a smaller guy about 5'7" and only about 150 but it has decreased fat and increased muscle weight. I haven't experienced any crazy dreams or anything like that. Also with the improvements, I'm only taking half the recommended dosage and still working well. If you're skeptical all I can say is its worth a shot, you have nothing to loose. August 23, 2011
