 I've used Nytrowhey for years off and on. I liked the original. Very good protein powder especially for the price. I was a bit disappointed with the 4g fat and 4g carbs in the new formula because it increased calories from 90 to 150. But the flavor is very good. Highly recommended. You really don't need all that new stuff added to your protein. August 25, 2011
