 Love the Vanilla flavor. Mix one scoop with coffee, your choice of sweetener and a little low fat vanilla liquid creamer and its amazing! For an evening version, mix one scoop or more into your choice size container of cold water, on packet of powder sweetener (easier to dissolve in the cold water) and a little bit of the same liquid creamer, tastes like a milkshake! I'll update once I start seeing results. I know one girl who did so now I'm trying it! August 18, 2011
