First tried this back in 1995 when it came in the can like Metabolol II which was all the rage. Still a very fine product, mixes well (in my Cuisinart), no bloating or gas/fussy tummy associated therein (always a good thing!) :-)
Tastes yummy as high protein health shakes go, and overall great product. My favorite shake. January 12, 2013
