 I bought the Rich Chocolate flavor. I am not experienced with casein proteins so I cant really compare. However, I can say that it is extremely chalky. So much that it sticks to the lid of a shaker cup when mixing. The taste itself is okay. I have noticed better recovery and I dont wake up as hungry. I recommend it if you are used to protein shakes and have developed a resistance to that whey taste. March 30, 2012

 This protein is great. I love the idea of mixing different sources of protein like they do. Ive had banana smoothie, It was pretty good with water or milk. I now have the cookies and cream. It tastes fine but the only issue is the cookie bits immediately sink the the bottom, making it impossible to actually enjoy them. I cant blame Dymatize for this however because it is simply physics. I have continued to build muscle so I assume its working. I recommend any flavor. March 30, 2012
