 I use the vanilla and it is great. Not too sweet and very easy on the stomach. As a soldier overseas, it is hard to make significant gains or even maintain. I needed a protein that gave me as much as possible without the added unwanted weight gain. And that is exactly what this has given me. My recovery time is shorter, which is a definite plus since I might be called on at a moments notice. I have been able to get the most possible gains from my limited availability of weight training!
